About the event
PROGRAM
Day 1
The first day we start with sharing our intentions and getting to know each other. After this there will be a breath work session. In the evening we start with the first Iboga ceremony,
The Work can be divided into roughly three parts.
The ceremony will be in the night and during the day you will be in silence continue your work
Physical symptoms that can occur (mostly when you are moving): nausea, purging, seeing flashes of lights. Some participants experience the different phases as wonderful and even ecstatic. Others feel ultimately bored.
Day 2
The second day breakfast, dinner and the second ceremony in the night.
Day 3
Breakfast, walk in nature and sharing.
Breath-Work and sound healing
Day 4
Brunch departure around 13:00-14:00
